Special Mention of the Jury
This recording has become a favorite among fans, as it has various instrumental effects and extended techniques used on many of the orchestra's instruments. I worked incredibly hard on all aspects of it, and I’m proud to be able to present the fans with this amazing piece.
For the originality of my approach I received the Special Mention of the Jury in the International Film Music Competition that took place in Zurich (2016) during the International Film Festival.
MUSIC... FROM ANOTHER MOVIE
Epic Debut
This is actually my first orchestral work, and it is dedicated to my brother and one of his friends, both being very good French Horn players. I worked very closely with both of them while writing this piece, to make sure that everything I create will sound awesome on this instrument that is one of the most difficult to play, but so rewarding to hear.Â
Music... from anothe movie was my graduation work upon finishing the bachelor in Composition and it was an instant success. This is the second performance of the piece, which was produced with the National Radio Orchestra of Bucharest, conducted by Radu Postavaru.
